FLOATS AND HOSE does not accept any refunds or returns of any kind. All purchases are final sale.

We may unexpectedly run out of a style and if this happens, we will contact you for other options via email.

WHERE IS MY PACKAGE?

As soon as your package ships, a tracking number will be sent to you via email which you can then use to track your order.

 

PLEASE NOTE: Once you have placed your order, we cannot change the shipping method.

 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

During COVID-19, please allow 2-5 business days in order for your order to process and ship.

PLEASE NOTE: we do not do weekend delivery.

Your chosen payment method will be charged at the time of purchase. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is processed

Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays which we will not be responsible.
